Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Current ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use the App.

Description of Service

Current is an RSS/Atom feed reader application for iOS. The App allows you to subscribe to web feeds, read content, and organize your reading experience.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
  • Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the App's operation
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Use the App to access content you are not authorized to view

Intellectual Property

The App and its original content (excluding content provided by third-party feeds), features, and functionality are owned by Current and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Third-Party Content

The App displays content from third-party RSS/Atom feeds. We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for any third-party content. Your use of third-party content is subject to the terms and policies of those third parties.

Third-Party Services

The App may integrate with third-party sync services (Feedbin, Newsblur, Miniflux, etc.). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Current, its developers, or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your use or inability to use the App
  • Any unauthorized access to or use of your data
  • Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the App
  • Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code
  • Any third-party content accessed through the App

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified through app update notes. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device. These Terms will survive any termination.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
